Drugs of course, but is it a good idea to swallow a pill every time you have pain? The painful truths that you have to now about drugs is that, they contain chemical which may be harmful to your body, and it has side effects if taken too frequently.

The Chinese have been using Dong Quai for medical purposes for many years for medicinal purposes such pain relief for headaches, arthritis and abdominal cramps which are related to menstruation. They are quite safe to use and so far there have no known side effects if you take it. However, one should only take dong quai tea not excessively in order to prevent any side effects, though we have not known any yet.
